Wendy Hatch, CFREVice President

Since joining The Alford Group, Wendy has enjoyed working with dozens of local and regional not-for-profits providing consulting in organizational development, strategic planning, board/staff development and all aspects of fundraising. Her work encompasses a variety of not-for-profit organizations in the human services, health care, education and faith-based sectors.
Wendy has more than 30 years of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors as a program manager, fund development officer, executive director and consultant. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy served 16 years as the Executive Director of the Northwest Kidney Foundation. She has also worked as a planner with the Snohomish County Development Disabilities Board and a recreation specialist with Snohomish County Parks and Recreation.
Wendy is a former board member of the Northwest Development Officers Association and the Washington Chapter AFP, Advancement Northwest. One of the early female members of Rotary in 1988, Wendy remains a member of the Alderwood Terrace Rotary Club.
Wendy lives in Mukilteo, Washington with her husband Jon. She has a daughter, son and two step-sons. In the winter you can find Wendy on the ski slopes, and in the summer training for local sprint triathlons, hiking or in her garden. She is also an amateur fused glass devotee.
