Kathy Davis brings 30 years’ experience to her role of managing the financial and regulatory requirements for The Alford Group. She also handles the human resource department, payroll services, and various administrative duties. Before coming to The Alford Group, she was a member of the internal accounting team of a major Seattle accounting firm, served as Controller of a Seattle professional service firm, and served as Controller of a not-for-profit business association.
Kathy uses her accounting knowledge and business experience to provide strategic advice and insights which ensure our business operations remain on a solid foundation. Her mission is to promote fiscal and administrative integrity, so The Alford Group can provide the best possible service to its clients over the long term. She is also a member of the Washington Society of CPA’s.
Kathy’s volunteer activities have included serving on the finance team of an organization which provides food and services for disadvantaged persons. She has also served as treasurer for local chapters of both Habitat for Humanity and the Sierra Club. She enjoys travel, especially if accompanied by her adult son who resides in Seattle. When she isn’t working in her flower garden, she tries to hike throughout the northwest region and stay active by helping with trail maintenance projects.
