In her years of fundraising for local, regional, national, and political organizations, Mary Hackett has honed her annual, major and campaign solicitation skills by working with a multitude of organizations specializing in improving the lives of children, advocacy, ballot initiatives, and community health-care. In addition, she has utilized her database and analytical skills to drive strategic and impactful outcomes for acquiring, retaining, and upgrading donors of all giving levels.

Mary possesses a deep understanding of organizational development and how the symmetry between structure, content, and people are a formula for success. Her ability to unite an organization’s programmatic elements with donors’ philanthropic intentions, helps them become investors, not only in the operating elements, but true organizational advancement.

Mary operates Alford Analytics and Alford Diagnostics, providing deep insights into donors, trends and gaps in giving, fundraising programs, and infrastructure that inform organizational decision making. Through a servant leadership approach, Mary has helped build, manage and lead national and local development departments.
